Alright, so I went through with Crystalweb's super handy ADSL troubleshooting thing and they confirmed I've got "massive" congestion at my exchange.
I'm sure you guys are sick of answering this question, but what's my next step? How precisely do I log such a fault with Telkom?

Issue: Exchange is 10mb enabled. I cant get a stable connection at anything higher than 1mb, for more than 2 years! :mad:

We have a business account with Telkom for the last 4 or 5 years. There is a 30 day waiting period for a ADSL line in Groenkloof.
There has been problems with our ADSL ever since we moved in. We have used SAOL and Mweb. Mweb seems to be much better, but the best speed down is 3.50 and up...
Doesn't seem too bad but this is what I am getting about twice a day, especially around 8-10pm. The ping makes me think congestion as it is normally 20ms. 4Mbps Afrihost business uncapped. Syncing at 4, noise, attenuation seem ok.

Do you agree that this indicates that the exchange is very congested?
The red area in the middle is when I switched ISP accounts while Pingplotter was running, so that is normal.
