Exchange Congestion

Hi guys,

These are the results that Pingplotter returned today.

Do you agree that this indicates that the exchange is very congested?



The red area in the middle is when I switched ISP accounts while Pingplotter was running, so that is normal.

Am I reading right? 1805ms to the exchange? :wtf:
Well something seems to be grabbing your internet by the neck.
It could be congestion, but 1800ms is a heck of a lot.
On a bad night I've seen about 1000ms, but never anything remotely that bad.

Seems to be back to normal now.

I guess the local SARS office must be doing a full backup on Saturdays, because I am starting to see a trend.
