Do you agree that this indicates that the exchange is very congested? The red area in the middle is when I switched ISP accounts while Pingplotter was running, so that is normal. It could be congestion, but 1800ms is a heck of a lot. On a bad night I've seen about 1000ms, but never anything remotely that bad.
