Alright, so I went through with Crystalweb's super handy ADSL troubleshooting thing and they confirmed I've got "massive" congestion at my exchange.
I'm sure you guys are sick of answering this question, but what's my next step? How precisely do I log such a fault with Telkom?
Also trying one of their test accounts when I get home tonight, but I can't imagine it will make a difference.
