I have three internet lines (yes, three, because we have no fiber in town and everything else is unstable so I have different types so I can hopefully have internet at all times).

-ADSL Line - primary router constantly down for short periods. (Cheap data)
-CellC lite - second router use as failover.
Is there a router, device or setup that I can follow to allow for this for home use? So if the internet on the ADSL is down...

I'm looking to get a LTE package with a Huawei B618 router included.
Does anyone know if it can be set up to failover to the LAN port if the LTE connection drops?

Been trying for hours. Google didn't help, nor did the manuals. Using a D-Link DWR-113 3G router for my CellC data connection. Want to use my horribly slow ADSL as failover when/if CellC fails for any reason. Seems this is rocket-science.
