Need votes for OpenDNS idea that would allow Content Filtering + Local Mirrors

I'm looking for people to vote for my idea in the OpenDNS' Idea Bank, that should allow one to make use of OpenDNS' content filtering, whilst keeping all the local mirrors in tact (eg. YouTube/Facebook/Google/Akamai {Microsoft/Nvidia/AMD}): https://ideabank.opendns.com/story.php?title=Content_Filtering_whilst_keeping_local_mirrors_in_tact

Currently my problem is that I want to have some kind of content filtering on my network (eg. blocking porn & adware) AND still providing the users with local mirrors to ensure the best possible speed.

My idea was as simple as:
1) Set OpenDNS' DNS servers as your primary DNS server(s)
2) Set your ISP's DNS servers as your secondary DNS server(s)
3) OpenDNS will respond with only the blocked/filtered DNS requests
4) If OpenDNS didn't respond (since the DNS request is safe/unfiltered), then your PC will request the DNS record from your ISP's DNS server(s)

There are of course CDN's, like Source Forge, that will provide you with the correct local mirror even if you're making use of OpenDNS!

There are easier ways around this, though I guess it will require a local ISP to host the server (hopefully the IPs the assigned to the servers are anycast ranges). If a Local ISP hosts these servers, they should automatically detect the local content, though I guess it will be dependant on the ISP as to which Akamai servers ect it prefers.

Oh and PS. OpenDNS already know where the fastest local youtube servers for you are, its only Akamai and Limelight ect, that it doesn't detect yet.
