Can anyone please assist to escalate a service request with FireStream? Their helpdesk number listed on the Vumatel website just goes to voicemail and the emails are not acknowledged. Just wanted to brag a little. I upgraded my home fibre to 100mb and the performance is amazing!!!!!!!!! 98mb down, 99 up, I'm super stoked! Best of all is that my ISP (FireStream) gives it away at R999 per month, yip 100mb uncapped & unshaped @ R999p/m. Cheap as chips! If you haven't already...- stemple
