    downloading files (not torrents) does not complete / IE8

    I try downloading files, lets say a program or song and they do not complete their downloading. eg. The file is 10mb and it does maybe 3mb and then it says download is complete. Whats wrong with it? I upgraded to uncapped from Mweb adsl and ever since i think the downloads are doing this tnx
