    Voip number spoofed as a cellphone number?

    Hello, I got a missed call from a cellphone number (0646265442), and a few seconds later I get a missed call SMS from Telkom Mobile saying I missed a different call, a VOIP number (0871067562). So did the VOIP number somehow spoof a real cellphone number? Thanks

    Vodacom: Handset not ringing

    A few people I know also complains about this, when someone is calling from either a mobile phone or telkom line to our cellphones the calling party can hear it rings on their handset, however, the handset of the called party never rings, and just goes to voicemail. There is no call waiting...
