    I have the messages.db files from my Windows Phone and I would like to restore this on Android. Anyone know if this is possible? Alternatively is there anyway I can open it? Seems to be SQLite but it is encrypted.

    How to restore one phone from another

    Ok, given my predicament with "decrypt whatever" below I am thinking. I have a second phone, same as the first, and want to know if it is possible to backup my working phone and try and restore the "bricked" one from this backup. What would I need do this? Bricked phone is unrooted.

    Unroot & Restore Galaxy S i9000
