I have the messages.db files from my Windows Phone and I would like to restore this on Android. Anyone know if this is possible?
Alternatively is there anyway I can open it? Seems to be SQLite but it is encrypted.
Ok, given my predicament with "decrypt whatever" below I am thinking. I have a second phone, same as the first, and want to know if it is possible to backup my working phone and try and restore the "bricked" one from this backup. What would I need do this? Bricked phone is unrooted.

I am running Debian, I want to setup a couple of computers for users to use.
But the only thing that must be open is firefox.
They minimise, restore and close Linux.
They are only allowed to browse..
Any help or links I can go look at?
