    Not Getting 1Gbps Fiber - Afrihost & Octotel Not Helping

    Good Day, I thought today I would try and seek feedback or advice from some experienced / professional users of high speed fibre, any fibre engineers that may be on here, or even others that may have experienced the same issue after upgrading to Gigabit fibre. Any help is greatly appreciated...

    Telkom Slow international?

    Anyone else with Telkom ISP getting slow or intermittent connection especially to overseas servers around 22:30 or later the past two evenings? Speed test is normal but some pages dont load completely or certain platforms such as Instagram are problematic.

    Hello Folks, anyone else out there having terrible service from AFRIHOST/Vumatel ? I am beyond frustrated with their inability to answer emails (waiting time this far on mails up to 15 days - Ticket ID: ASX-712-94456 ); waiting time on-line 30+ mins that just then runs past 30 minutes or cuts...
