Telkom Slow international?

Anyone else with Telkom ISP getting slow or intermittent connection especially to overseas servers around 22:30 or later the past two evenings?

Speed test is normal but some pages dont load completely or certain platforms such as Instagram are problematic.

Since yesterday yes. I'm on LTE though, not Fibre.
DSTv streaming is stalling. Chromecast slow.
General international speed is slower.

I recall Afrihost using SAIX (Telkom) and I've been experiencing the same
