    What do I have to do to get Telkom to upgrade me to VDSL ?

    I've Tweeted and called in numerous times, have been given actual dates that the upgrade would be done but still no upgrade, its really frustrating, can some one please help with this ?

    Telkom Pace 921VNX Service Status (Shows Not Connected, when in fact ....)
