0 airtime uchoose smart s contract

We upgraded my wife to an uchoose smart a contract on the 19 of July. I told her to check her balances this morning to make sure the contract balances are loaded. 75min, 250mb data.
Her data are are showing correct but airtime=0...
Am I missing something?

If she dials *111# for balance it also says 0 airtime.

mmmmm ok had a look. Seems the Uchoose Smart S/L/XL etc packages do not reflect their minutes on our system. I have a feeling because it is a hybrid. I have checked on another uChoose S package on our base and I also cant see its minutes.

@VodacomData ..... can you please advise on how to check the minutes remaining on the uChoose Smart S etc packages?

Can I assume she was allocated the 75 min? She just can't view her voice balance,ne?

Any feedback from the Vodacom guys, Ockie?
Difficult to manage the airtime (free minutes) without a balance checking service from them.

Please check on *111# .... it should have a uChoose option.

Hi

uchoose smart no airtime only free minutes you can however topup with airtime if you run our of free mins.

*111# should display all balances

Howdy. Please see my PM.

How do the clients check how many free minutes are available? On MII it is not visible either. I can just see the data bundle, but no voice bundle. I checked on another number on our base that is also on the uChoose S and the same thing, so not a problem on this one particular line.

uChoose Flexi and uChoose Smart customers can obtain their account and bundle balances via several channels:
Ø Calling 100;
Ø Vodacom My Phone *111#;
Ø SMS the relevant keyword to 31050 – SMS FM to 31050 to receive a full menu of keywords and enquiries. (VSP customers only);
Ø Vodacom portal (mobi-site);

Thanks Ockie. It is resolved/kinda.
The shortcut *111*502# we use still shows 0 airtime but if we *111# and then check balance it shows. The VC app also shows 0. I assume it is something they will work on. At least there is some method of checking.
