Does anyone actually ever get through to a human on that number? I have tried for weeks and I still haven't found life behind the helpline...

I was flabbergasted to be answered mid-weekday-morning after 3 minutes last week - I was just walking away from the speakerphone to go make coffee as usual. Normally 25-45 minute wait.
