I'm trying to sign a new contract with Vodacom but I'm struggling to do so. The number provided on their website just keeps you on hold for 30 minutes+ (I'm not going to hold on any longer).

All the Vodacom stores in the area does not have the modem that I want in stock but it is listed on their site as a current deal. There must be some way for me to get hold of it. I'm still waiting for them to contact me after using their website's "Get This Deal" button.

Is there some other way to get hold of them or to get one of their deals?

I can have one for you Monday after 12:00 sometime. I am in Midrand though. What area are you in?

I'm in Boskruin during the day and Honeydew in the evenings.

Thanks for your help Ockie. Do you know of any places around here that I can try maybe? Unfortunately I won't be able to leave work to go to Midrand.

The closest branch I have to you is Sandton. I have confirmed and they have one for you if you willing to pop in there this evening after work? Our store is open untill 7 in the evening.

If you are a client with no Vodacom account yet remember you need ID, 3 Month latest bank statements , latest payslip and proof of physical address.

If you are keen I will PM you the store details and the contact person you can speak to there.

Cool thanks Ockie. I do not know Sandton that well but with my Cell C internet not working I am desperate. So yes, you can send me through the shop details.

Thank you very much for your help! It's very kind of you. :)

Done. Will you be popping in tonight? I want to tell him to hang onto it for you and not sell it.

Hi Ockie, sorry after everything you've done now, a shop got back to me and I will be able to get it in Cresta which is a lot closer to get to.

I appreciate all your help though. Man if there was a rep button then I would give you rep. Sorry for having wasted your time.
