2nd time today where I had to phone this number, because I need to reset the password for a blackberry device.

If you listen to the voice prompts, the options you should choose to do this, is 2 / 2 / 3, but you get to the wrong department and the person tells you to use 2 / 1 / 0...

Just thought I let you guys know. :)

24mins on the phone now and still no answer...

Why, for the love of god, can't they just reset the stoopid password and give me a new one? :wtf:

The mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za password. Didn't know there is more than one...

Edit: So far it seems that Kaleb will be able to help me...

LoL, we just forward out exchange mail to that email address, so they still use the works email, which is a lot shorter. :D

I just checked. Why dont you just click on "forgot password" and then enter your pin number?

Because he got a new blackberry and they send you the password to the email, which is kinda stoopid... Anywho, Kabel was on the ball and sorted me out. Hope he gets at least a bonus this year. :)

If your exchange server has HTTP access you can just set it up on your Blackberry using your domain login and webmail URL.
