Hi Guys

About 4/6 years ago i had a list of 086 & 0800 numbers to be used as a dialup for free. Guess what, i discovered the list again......
Corporate dialup numbers (toll free)

Any of you think some of these numbers might still work ?

0860 numbers you pay half the call, 0800 are toll free

Is there anyone that used these numbers.... I did but stopped when they brought out that Bulldog Security software.... I'ts out dated now and every stopped using it. I would like to try but don't want someone to come kick my door in....lol

My brother "discovered" one of those 0800 numbers a few years ago. He dialled in and remained connected for about a week on ISDN. Unfortunately his pc crashed and when he dialled again the number was disconnected :(
Must've been Windoze 98

Eish !.... The good old days....

Hey,

I still remember using one of these 0800 numbers. The specific one I used dialed into an IS number.

I also remember about 3 months later a telkom detective knocking on our front door. Let me tell you, my dad was not happy about it, to state it very nicely.

0867 - about R3,8x per min to the caller

There's a dial and call back service I heard from my friend, free and legal but slow........That's with business connexxion

oh wow...go telkom!

As i was getting the prices directly via a service on the telkom website...grrr, "ERROR:The listener returned the following Message: 500 Internal Server Error"

I said it wrong...It was not like in broken already when I wanted to use it, I was happily using it....getting the prices and stuff...then grrr,"ERROR:The listener returned the following Message: 500 Internal Server Error".
'Sorry' Telkom, I must have broken it or something ;)

It's pretty unethical to make use of those numbers. Remember you're not stealing from Telkom, you're stealing from the company that has requested the 0800 from Telkom. I've heard of businesses having to sell off assets to repair damages done by stolen 0800's.

Getting something for free is one thing, but stealing is reckless and not beneficial to society.

I agree fully. Just wanted to know if these numbers might still work. I'm to scared to go to jail and being someones "bitch".....:(

I used to have a SAIX one, not sure if it still works, it had a login but never got the nerve to actually try it. :D
