Hi, been using 1-grid for years, all of a sudden all my security certificates have expired. I have never had to purchase these before any idea why this would have happened?

Auto SSL or Letsencrypt usually dont renew if there is an issue with DNS.

What happens if you try initiate a new certificate from the control panel?

There is a post about an issue from October on their status page that appears to still be "in progress"

Nope, I use the hosting service only as an email server. As mentioned, before I have never had to update any certificates before and I have been hosting with 1-grid since 2016.

This issue only started today

All they did was send me a link to purchase certificates, ran the AutoSSL, and the certificates updated. So, I almost got swindled, support is terrible.
