Well you SNR and Line Attenuation isn't great. At an SNR of 10dB if you knock your speed up from 2mbit/s to 3mbit/s I think it would be highly unstable. 51dB LA means your pritty far from the DSLAM so that sync rate seems to be as good as your going to get. Under10dB SNR your line will start becoming unstable.
