10.2Mbps 3G vs Telkom 4Mbps

Just wondering which is faster, worth it and cost effective to have ... The 10.2Mbps 3G being on a Nokia phone .. This for both downloading large files and browsing
 
ADSL will be cheaper , and they are trailing 8/10 and 12 meg lines!

ADSL is more reliable in general compared to 3G.

And wrt the speed, the difference in reliability can be a big one eg. it wont matter if you have a 10.2mbps 3g connection if you only get half that speed because everyone and their dog is using 3g in the same area
 
Mobile is not reliable, you'll get closer to that in the early morning to dawn. Generally it isn't that impressively fast. After +08:00 to 00:00 speeds are crappy. Stick to ADSL.

I sadly can agree with this, i use our 3G service for online gaming, the guys with the 4mb lines have a constant current throughput whilst i sometime get flogged like a 2-bit mule and ive personally seen to it that there are 4 E1 links on my serving tower.
