10 Mb Uncapped dilemma.

Its 25% on both adsl rental + data. Paid 525 for the last month and paid even less the previous month. they screwed up and charged me for 1mb uncapped with 25% discount. I had to call in and correct this... Yep my conscience wouldn't let it lie.

I have called twice now and two different people have the discount is only on the ADSL line rental. I'll be calling them again tomorrow and will keep doing it till I get the 25% on the uncapped portion.

A speed test confirms that I am now on 4MB http://www.speedtest.net/result/2820874873.png (weirdly my ping has dropped to 31ms from 50ms, I know line speed does not affect latency but the speedtest results say different)

Did some download tests last night and everything is all good here, getting +-400bps on everything from torrents to HTTP.
And most importantly streaming at 720p without a murmur

Thank you TI, now just give me my 25% off the uncapped and I'll be even happier

Truth be told though, even if you don't get the "full" discount, no ISP is going to come close to that deal

Thats the vaar, but I'm still gonna push for the full discount. I PM'd the great Ranger to get his advise.
