Yeah saw it too but it’s no longer R200, R229 I think… I use Afrihost mobile though. Didn’t buy, was just checking it out.

Price changed to R229 quite a few months ago - between 3 to 5, perhaps?

Also just look to see if it's there, as have no intention of buying it (if it even reappears !).

I can't say that I find any of those prepaid offers very appealing. Looks like a bad start to 2024 if this is what is being offered during the Black Friday/Christmas shopping season. :(
 
If you need to use 200GB per month it might be a fair price but MTN was offering 100GB for R200 less than a year ago which would have been far more attractive to many customers. They have increased the price of this bundle twice in the last year and now it sells for R279. Many customers will not want to waste their data on streaming Disney so this doesn't add any value for me - it's just a way for MTN to get you to buy more data. I wonder how long before MTN increases their prices again!

Compared with the data offers that were available a year ago from both MTN and Cell C, the latest offers do not really interest me. I will probably keep using Cell C for the next month or so until something better comes along or otherwise return to Afrihost Pure LTE.
