10210 only working during office hours?

I have been attempting to call 10210 to report a fault since earlier this evening.
Every time I go through the whole spiel of entering the number, selecting the options I want, up to a point where I choose to hold of an operator to log a fault.
An automated message then gets played that I have reached Telkom outside their normal operating hours, and the call gets dropped.

Since when is Telkom fault reporting limited to office hours only?

It's been that way for many years now... as long as I can remember.
Use the method that the poster above suggests.

Reported on the app, but was trying to speak to a consultant.
Have always managed to speak to someone in the call centre until about 23:00.
 
Just log a fault online as suggested earlier.

You know the fault is logged, and it is logged with the correct description. Takes a minute at most.
