I have been attempting to call 10210 to report a fault since earlier this evening.
Every time I go through the whole spiel of entering the number, selecting the options I want, up to a point where I choose to hold of an operator to log a fault.
An automated message then gets played that I have reached Telkom outside their normal operating hours, and the call gets dropped.
Since when is Telkom fault reporting limited to office hours only?
