Telkom has the smartbroadband wireless prepaid promo: 10gb anytime data and 10gb night time data for R249.
I can't find any deals that beat this, at least ones that aren't on a contract.
Telkom does also offer the "data on the go" top up bundle which comes with 10gb data and a mobile router for R169pm, but that is on a 24 contract only.

What is the purpose for the data?
If you don't need data for travelling then fixed lte with cell c has 20gb for R219 month to month with no contracts but that is coverage dependent.
Rain has 19 hours of uncapped data for R250 month to month, also no contract needed. Data times are from 11pm to 6pm (19 hours)
