12 volt E27 screw in light bulbs

I am in the last stages of building a system for when(not if) escom drops as again
Can someone please tell me of anyone in the Paarl or surrounding(say 20km) area that sells screw in E27 12 volt 3 - 5 watt light bulbs?
That means the 12v light bulb can screw right into a normal household(E27) fitting?
Only person that I have been able to find is Krantzy on BoB up in Kempton Park. And maybe ACDC but we we know what their customer service is like

What are you doing?.
If you are still distributing 220v AC to the lights, then you can get what you are looking for all over the place from spaza shops to supermarkets.
If you have converted to distributing 12V DCto the light fittings, you are in contravention of quite few regulations already if you have not some major rework of the electrical system.
