128Gb SSD for ~R1500

Hi

What would be the best 120-128Gb SSD to get for no more than R1500?

Most of what I've read so far suggests that the Samsung 830 and the Intel 330 are the two best options, but these two seem quite scarce in SA.

Any other suggestions?
