14 days, still waiting

It's been two weeks now since I signed up, and I'm still waiting for my modem. Pathetic. I signed up within an hour of the on-line app coming online, apparently my credit check went through OK (according to a consultant who phoned me on Friday after several emails), and I was promised that the courier would phone yesterday to arrange delivery.

This is a far cry from the 3 days that was being talked about.
