I agree the US dollar is toast. WIth helli Ben dropping rates and inflation increasing... does not make for a pretty ending.

what is your definition of reasonably stable? It went from 6:80ish to 8:00ish, recovered to 7:40ish and now finds itself at 7:75. [last movement in 1.5days] This has occured in a few weeks, blerrie volatile if u ask me. :eek:

The rand fluctuates against the dollar, yes.

It seems that each time Manto opens her mouth with words of wisdom,the rand falls.

Somebody should tell her to shut the trap.

It also explains why things seem to be going downhill here and why the 'other camp' in the ANC is getting the upper hand.
