I used 155 to purchase an adhoc DB today. I first tried holding on for an operator - after about 15m (i use a Nokia n95 with a speakerphone) i hung up and then made use of the callback service. To my astonishmment a very helpful operator called me back in less tha 2 mins:o - its definitey worth using the callback service:)

Basically the call-back keeps your place in the queue. So they would've answered after the 2 minutes in any case.

But it's much nicer to use the call-back and let them call you when your position comes up.

Current 155 answer rate is around 80% of calls answered within 20 seconds (after you've come out the IVR). But obviously there is the other 20%.....
