1st TelkomInternet Invoice

Just a quick question...registered for TelkomInternet ALLAccess advanced 3GB plan on the 15th of May and just received my 1st invoice on the 24th of May...noticed that i was charged the full amount for the period 18 April - 17 May and then also charged the full amount for the period 18 May - 17 June...does anyone know if thats how i was supposed to be charged even though i only had the service for 2 days of the 1st period mentioned? Shouldnt i have been charged at least a pro-rata amount?

Also just 1 other question...I will be given a fresh new 3GB on the 1st of June right? That is when the cap is supposed to reset right?

They don't charge you pro rata for the internet accounts so that's normal and AFAIK you should get a new cap on the 1st of the month.

Not really. Let's face it given that you do not have a usage amount per day, they can't charge you pro rata for the month. And they charged in advance and not in arrears hence why there are two charges.
