1st, Usage ZERO, Bandwidth ZERO

Well one month after the implementation of "capping". The 1st of the new month, my uasge has been reset to ZERO (0) ..... so has my bandwidth ... 0Kb/s, especially my international access. It takes forever (approx 5min) to display the www.msn.com home page .. where it was taking about 6-8 seconds.

Is anybody else experiencing these (undocumented) features.

Speaking of which - "Yay" for SABC2 for bringing childhood memories back with "Batman" (the first) tonght .

As for the speeds - my international has also degraded considerably today (from 12kBytes/s gone down to 2-3 kB/s). I called Portia on helpdesk today (with some account query) and she mentioned I should call Tuesday and speak to Shaun Green. Sounds like this man runs WBS ... Pretty bad, he doesn't speak to me. Ever since he got his pics up online (and the subsequent fan club ) his nose is up in the sky

I think he is trying to run the company to the best of his ability, but it cannot be easy being the single point of contact for each & every customer [2500+], try calling him on his cell# [on Tuesday morning] - it is in a few of Shaun's posts...
