I'm not sure how using one modem for transmitting and one for receiving can gain you anything. As far as I know, GSM, EDGE, 3G and HSDPA are all full-duplex (meaning we can send and receive simultaneously) already. Not sure if this question was raised before. Would it be possible to connect 2 3g connections on the same machine and dedicate one connection to send and the other to receive? The idea is to improve duplexing.
Windows supports MultiLink, which can bond the connections from multiple modems. The problem is finding an ISP that supports this on their side. This has been raised before, years ago I think. Basically get a DataSim ( 3 sims ), 3 datacards ( devices with antenna connections ), 3 external antennas.
Point each antenna to different towers. From the actual PC control side Im not sure how to proceed, maybe just connect all three cards to the network and bundle the connections.
