2 Accounts on 1 Router

Hello all

I really need some clever okes help now please

I have a modem, ofc, but only have a 1mb uncapped line with 3 PC's on it, sometimes I can barely play games because other pc's downloading or youtubing constantly.

I have another 2mb account but it is capped so dont want to waste it on their nonsense.

Is there a way to have the router to dedicate the 1mb adsl amongst the other 2 PC's? and the 2mb dedicated too mine?

P.S. I read something about Routing Policies, but too dumb for that it seems

Set the router up in Bridge mode, then setup the accounts on each pc. One of the others will have to share his connection to the third pc.
