2 anti virus working together

I have M$ Essentials, AVG free and Malwarebytes as well as AddAware and SuperAntiSpywhere all active at the same time. No issues or problems whatsoever apart from the usual Dogfight about who is first to delete the virus/worm.

Only the E-mail is a concern as only one active scanner on e-mail must be functioning.

+1

Got the exact same setup.

Use NOD32 and Malwarebytes (mbam is not an anti-virus its more for malware/spyware)

You can use 2 AVs together if they are both hooking into the system correctly. Some of the AVs out there don't do it correctly & hence as a general rule its better not too try.

Seems to have improved lately though so I guess its fine as long as the user knows the risk.

Also i was planning to get something like avast 5 and MSE, do you guys think that will be a good combination? Because currently I'm sitting on Avast 5.. Which is nice. but I'm always connected to the internet so .. just want to be secure..
