Hello.

I have an openweb IS account and i'd like to get a seperate Afrihost account for Ps3 networking.

My question is: Do i change the log on in the router only, to access the second account?

And is it possible to have my pc connected to one account and downloading and then i game on my ps3 on the other account, through a single router?

Thanks

Don't know what model it is, will check at home, but its a new Mecer 4 port router. Just for interests sake, if it is what you suggest, then what might be possible?

I am currently running an axxess account and an afrihost account at the same time- both accounts are stored on my router- a siemens gigaset. I think you can store 10 accounts. Then when I want to change all I do is log into my router, select reconfigure ATM Virtual circuit and enable the one I want to use- works for me. As for your two simultaneous connections- that is beyond the scope of my knowledge...

Should support half bridge.

Set it to half bridge mode and change the login on the router to the afrihost one, then create a PPOE connection from your PC with the openweb details

Have the openweb as PPOE. What would the above allow me to do then? Sorry for the doff questions. Routers are newish to me.

Anything that connects directly to the router will use the Afrihost account (ie the PS3) but your PC that uses the PPOE conection will use the openweb account. Both accounts will connect at the same time.
