2 Mbps Upgrade Help... please

I currently have a 1 Mbps gold uncapped line @ Openweb.
I use it mainly for downloads of torrents and sites like rapidshare etc.
also often for streaming music and video

my telkom line has been upgraded to 2 Mbps

so i am looking for a new account.

Please help me with a bit of knowledge.
Where can i get the best speed and least shaping for the lowest cost

At the end of the day it all depends on your needs. How much did you download monthly on your 1Mbps account?
 
I download about 100 to 150 GB. so i tend to max it most of the time. I was/am getting a torrent speed of approx 98 kbps off peak and 15 kbps from 7am to 5pm
