2 Questions on Vodacom GPRS

1) I receive it at home (Randpark Ridge) - but not at work (Auckland Park - Campus Square). Do they have a problem in Auckland Park?

2) I tried downloading a game from Exactmobile last night at home, and battled. The call centre told me GPRS was a problem because the towers get congested and it's slow. If this is only a few months into the system (I know it was available earlier - but the mass started when pricing dropped) - what will happen in a year? Can we not use it because there are so many people? And 3G?

Never tried GPRS in Auckland Park but 3G works in 7th avenue and Emire where I have connected with no problems.
