Hi all,

Is this possible yet?
I have 2 Vodacom contracts, 1 is a Blackberry and the other is in a Nokia.
I want to only really use the Blackberry, anyway of having SMS's / Calls come to 1 phone?

Dual sim type option... or something ?

As far as i know we do not officially sell dual sim phones in SA. They do exist and probably the best place to buy one would be ebay, however i am not too sure how well they work these days, last time i looked into them it had holding space for 2 sims but software on the phone controlled which one worked as it was only possible to use one of the sims at a time.

They quite probably do allow the use of both sims, probably with a dual antenna, i suspect this will greatly impact battery life. You however wont find one in any retail store.

Vodacom has got the data sim option.

We activate Blackberry data sim...blackberry can only do data...BBM email and internet. Voice calls to be made and received on your Nokia. R9 per month...once off activation fee of R97.00. Not available to prepaid or top up clients.
