• References of work experience and expertise required
• Good understanding of MVC and ORM structures
• Experience with PHP 5 frameworks, jQuery, XML, Web services
• Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
• Familiar with the Android SDK having at least two years experience
• Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Familiar with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA
• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Proficient understanding of versioning control tools (e.g. GIT or SVN)
• Excellent benchmarking, debugging, compression and optimisation skills

Our Android devs are getting DOUBLE THAT... and these guys want more specific experience than our guys have.
Ain't gonna happen.

Another cheapskate company coming to MyBB because they don't want to use a recruiter, or the recruiters have all gotten wind of them and won't touch them.
