Well here we go again. After Australias dominance in the ashes, today we had a 20/20 game.

and the final score...

Australia 221/5
England 144/9

Poor pommies, they are having such a tough time down under.

Never mind, we'll wait and see if they can perform a little better in the odi's.
 
England is indeed struggling...but the again who wouldn't??
 
11.05 per over for 20 overs is pretty damn impressive. I think everyone would have struggled...

Only saw this now. Erm, no, if the Aussies played another 30 overs at that rate then that Wanderers record would have been well and truly obliterated. 11 per over for 50 overs = 550. Holy ****.

But taking into consideration the amount of wickets fallen they wouldn't have lasted even 40 overs.

....thats rubbish.

The sa vs oz game was an exciting close match.

The Oz vs poms was totally one sided.
 
Australias score in this 20/20 game was the highest for this form of the game.

Hmm, i don't think that is going to be a favourite with anyone around these parts. Worst game ever. :(
 
The nice thing about that game was the way the game swung throughout...

it was anyones' game right upto the very last ball. And thats what makes it exciting

Lop sided games, like current series poms & aussies dont have the appeal that a close series has.
