Not exactly Semtex though. And probably not enough to start off your bulk fuel routinely sold at the home supply store. Plus you need a power circuit to actually start the reaction. I can see these things being useful to pyrotechnics doing off-the-book work, but anybody else will probably use stolen dynamite sticks or military rpg.
