What would be a good asking price for it?

Shows you how well built those old cars are. One with low milage is likely to last longer than the person who bought it.

If for local run around, the mileage was true, carb is in good order, I'd say reasonable buy.
Probably paid that much to secure the deal. But that's close to brand new price.

*** man. Bought my 2005 130 XE with all extras for 44k, 8K above the book value of 36K, in 2013, with 70 000KM on the clock.

The guy who bought this either has too much money lying around, or is smoking his socks.

What the esteemed @FiestaST and @konfab said. Really good price to fetch. But it makes sense I guess, as good condition, low mileage for these staatmaakers is still in demand, it comes down to your desire to get it.
