Hj, 12 games to treble...are you sure that's right?

From the confirmed games, we have 11 to go. You must still take into account of semi-finals and final of champs league which is 3 more games. The FA Cup final which is 1 more. So I would say 15 more games till the treble right?

On the discussion of form, I think it's good we are winning looking at our poor form. When Rooney and Ronnie fire up and play well in the later games then it'll be an easy ride to the champs league and FA Cup. I agree that it's odd against united to win the treble but the we do have the chance of winning it. Unlike some other teams who've dropped out already. ;)

I was going with 12 wins to the Treble.


8 League games to go of which we must win six, then 2 in the Fa Cup and 5 in the Champs League, which makes erm...13 I guess ;)
 
I'm in HK for work so not so early from here ;)

and it's going to be the 3 am champions league games..omg :(
 
I'm in IT and was sent here for 3 months training...doing some research into infrastructural stuff.

Yeah you can say they're cheap. Price differences range from 20-50% depending on what you're looking at. The problem is getting the damn things through customs back in SA. It really sucks that there's so much to buy but knowing SARS will rape u once you bring it back to SA.

Wow, so the rumours are true! Surely, if you buy pc stuff like lappies and hardrives or even ipods, you can make sure they are open, get rid of all the packaging and say that you either got them as gifts or brought them with you from SA?

No - it is 12. 5 for the CL, 2 for th FA Cup, and 5 for the league.
United's far superior goal difference in the league accounts for an additional point therefore they would require only 1 draw from the other 3 league games.

This is true. If we don't lose to Chelsea...
 
What is up with the England team - 3 wins out of 8 in McClaren's era and these you can't really consider as 'real' wins due to the opposition strength.

Maybe injuries, maybe this or that but can we blame the manager? No.
Can we blame the players, no.
We can blame the FA - too many games for the players and also not compromising with the FA Cup replay dates. All they can do fine a team here and another player there.

I'm actually hoping now that they lose against Andorra.
 
I blame the manager. He is basically the same as Sven. Tactic - negative. Plan A - negative. Plan B - negative.

Makes the football very boring to watch. Even the games that England manage to win are never anything worth watching. He should have gone with Sven, not replaced him!
 
There was a press article today stating that the players should be taking the blame - guess we were both wrong.

I wait for Wednesday and if nothing positive, then there will be major eruptions. (firstly England would probably not qualify for Euror 2008 and this would then mean no choice but a new manager - prehaps Martin o'Neill?)

United did that as well so we can say it's fair but the best team will win the league. What a 2nd half performance by United. Worried by Vidic's injury now. 15 more points from 7 games and that's it!!!
