well the thing is hj

again how do you look at bad?

final of carling cup
final of champs more than likely
possible chance at title

thats great

the way they play is not entertaining but it is not bad

they have hung in there and actually clawed their way back into the title challenge, to me thats a team with alot of fight and alot of spirit

arsenal could learn something from them

They could also end up with nothing :)

In that case I'd rather be the Arse. At least they didn't buy their way to glory and they play entertaining footy.

Chelski have been dire this year.

united could end with nothing and then what?

united have bought expensive players in the last few years as well


also hj give AG another season man
he came to a club that has been a defensive unit under JM for many years

he needs time to influence what they do and how they play by buying his kind of players and not being stuck with JM players

when he came to chelsea this season they where in big trouble and might have made it in the champs league, he turned it all around

he has also had how many players out in the african cup of nations?
lots of injuries

he has done well with what he was given which is not his style or what he wants i think

i really hope they dont let him go and give another season to show what he can do with his own signing and new attacking football which is what he said he would like to do when he took charge

I am not hating on AG. I don't think he is a good manager but I am not hating on him. I hate the negative style of Chelsea's play. And it's not like this is new to this season.

I remember when they won the league, winning so many games 1-0. Awful :(
 
yea but what im saying is that grant took over with a defensive team

you cannot change that in less than a season

yea winning is winning and i hope they give grant a chance to show he does not like defensive football

Reason for him signing both of them = Abromovich not letting him get the transfers he wanted so he had to take freebies - Abromovich was controlling his style of play and management.

Jose also signed SWF and Parker the season before. So he has a thing for 'nearly' players
