yeah its hectic.. actually supposed to play later but ive been put off and wont..
hopefully dudu recovers quickly and we'll see him on the pitch again
but to the extent of the injury recieved by eduardo... its not an every week occurance.. its career ending.. i doubt its happened to many premier league teams before
there some sick english f*** out there that have been saying dudu deserved it for his role in knocking england out the euro 2008.. sickening
It has happened. Not often, but it does happen. Larsson wrapped his leg around someone else's a few years ago and recovered. I know when it happened he wasn't a Premier League player at the time, but still. Go to youtube and you'll see lots of terrible injuries like this one.
Arsenal would be getting a lot more support for this poor guy if it wasn't for the irritating double standards and garbage spouted by their myopic fans and manager.
We all agree it was a horrible thing to happen and wish Eduardo a speedy recovery(sincerely) but the reaction to this, the calling for a life ban for what was essentially an accident, is bordering on the ridiculous.
But Wenger has come out and said it was in the heat of the moment and he retracts what he says, what more do you want?
'COME ON EDUARDO!
2/23/2008
MILAN - Eduardo Da Silva has broken his left leg in the match against Birmingham today, as reported by the BBC. The Rossoneri's family wishes the Arsenal striker all the best and a quick return to playing. | | '
AC Milan have so much class on and off the pitch..

Yet another ridiculous claim debunked. Look towards the bottom of the link, there is the same pic minus the pixelation, and guess what, no smirk!
Pathetic.
well - glad to see hes not smiling... still think it was more than a mistimed tackle though since you can see clearly in 1 of the pics, his studs were against the top of eduardos shin, way above the ball...
anyway.. I hope Chelsea whip Spurs in the CC final today
