kuyt is hard working thats all

i have no seen kuyt doing anything that crouch can do

crouch hatrick was amazing

left foot right foot and head, i wonder how many ppl have a perfect hatrick

rafa needs to understand strikers are not meant to defend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THATS THE REASON YOU HAVE 4 DEFENDERS AND A MIDFIELD

if liverpool ever want to be anything, they need to be more attacking and throw caution to the wind

i know they dont want to loose but drawing 15 games a season is just as bad if not worse

teams that loose prolly tried to win, liverpool think a draw is a good thing away from home, champions they will never be with this thinking

Very true. You'll notice at home when we get a free kick almost always we'll try a preplanned maneuver and get the ball into the box. Away from home we almost always just short side pass it and carry on as if nothing happened. Happened against Villa 3 or 4 times when the ball never even got close to the box ie. put the opposition under pressure. The exception was at the end with Gerrard’s goal but by then we were desperate and had no choice

I love the ABU because George just gives me courage that Manchester United is not far for smashing an opponent, and may it be one of the big names like either Arsenal, Liverpool, or Chelsea...:)

so much for aston villa, west ham or birmingham beefing up their defense :(

And Anelka (but not my preference) - AF is quoted saying 'no panic buying' - but Sir the transfer window closes in 10 days!

I guess getting rid of Rossi was a bad idea then - the kid had talent and maybe could have fitted in under pressure. Too late now.

His release clause is only £13m which is nothing for Utd compared to what they have all ready spent.

Heinz and Silvestre are linked with Lyon. Utd can't afford for both to leave.

Don't forget tonight - England vs Germany friendly. It will be England's revenge game for the one they lost before 'old' Wembley closed. (1-0 to the Germans then) - Go on Germany!!!

SOuth Africa is so unique in that ppl are more excisted to watch England then SA vs Scotland.I guess race plays an important role.White South africans will watch England while Blacks will be watching BAFANA BAFANA.

Why not off-load Heinze and Syvestre and grab one of your main rivals central defenders?... Breaking the opposition's rythm maybe?
 
It runs deeper then just the on field performance of bafana bafana.Look at other countries around the world.They support there teams.Look at local english football.You will get a fan that supports him local team ie Oldham United but will also support a bigger team like Man Utd or Chelsea.

Yeah and that will only change when Bafana Bafana are consistently winning and break in to the World Top 20 ranks.

But as and ex SA, I'm hoping Germany win today even though I support Man Utd. (don't tell the wife though - she's from Newcastle :D )
 
You are missing the point.I know Bafana bafana are crap but its your national team.U should support them thru thick and thin

Yes as I rate him better than Saha and if Rooney remained as the Anchor man, he would play up front with Tevez.

I doubt he'll go - unless the money is right, but even then I can't see it happening. He will dislike the rotation basis.

I would like a more fierce Liverpool/Utd rivally as in the 80s and 90s, but unfortunately Rafa does not know this - yet! (maybe now abit more after the Heinz saga)
