grant hasnt done anything wrong as yet... dont know why you call him an idiot?

edit: hes also allowed your players to actually play their game..

Some of the subs he makes are bloody horrific - he has no charisma and I find him droll at best - as for allowing players to play their game - that doesnt come down to grant but rather to abromovich realizing that he cant meddle where he doesnt belong as it doesnt get results, jose was a way better manager than grant - how much work is grant actually doing with an english/euro coaching team, i mean **** all he has to do is book the bus everything else is being done for him.

Taking joe cole off vs villa - pathetic at best and I agree with the crowd "you dont know what you're doing".

No experience, coaching israeli national side then taking on a side of chelsea's calibre and battling in europe, im waiting to be embarrased if we get through to the later stages. Not a special one by any means.

But you don't see the point - United have had their uber stadium for how long? Arsenal have had to make do and spend wisely with the new stadium costs... and STILL they manage to pip United in profit...
I believe Arsenal was the only of the top clubs to make profit last year!
Again... money that is tied up in debt means very little!

What you Arsenal fanboys and their auditors don't really understand....
If you make PROFIT you pay TAX, how stupid giving money to the goverment!

Turnover != Profit. Any monkey knows that... except a Man United fanbooi reporter lol.

Lets look at the expenditure for the year... umm...
How much did Man United spend on players and how much did Arsenal spend?

What is the Assets of MU worth and that of Arse
Compare liabilities
Compare equity
Compare accumulated profit etc... and lets talk again Brad...

Drew 4-4 , chelsea left the field with 9 men - 2 red cards - carvahlio and ashley cole sent off.

He took off attack minded joe cole for scott sinclair if i recall correctly - firstly sinclair doesnt have the big match temprement needed he is untested in anything higher than first division and secondly cole was on form and having a go at people.

I don't like him and I dont think he has the calibre to take chelsea forward, 0 coaching exp outside of Israel.... :(

ah the 4-4 game.. red cards not his fault tho, ashley cole is a bit of a toss :)

I like Grant... Taking Ashley Coles captaincy half way through a game and giving it to Drogba hahaha :)

Grant has not done bad at all, he does have some good ideas, some of his subs choices are questionable, but he has to try everything with the limited squad available.

Oh my, I do hope we get Anelka, I have always rated him highly, Arsenal were a bit daft to let him go all those years ago. But I do prefer Berbatov.

Imagine getting both, since Drogba is leaving in the summer for sure...

grant has done really well if you ask me

remember chelsea are not the same team without drogba and i think he has done well considering drogba has been out for so long

i cannot believe new castle have fired big sam, they just did not give a chance to do well

very sad indeed i hope it blows up in new castle's face because sam is an awesome manager given the time and money

you cannot argue that he is the reason bolton did so well and where a feared team at one stage

sis newcastle you suck

If Arsenal was daft for making 30 million pounds off le Sulk and buying Thierry Henry, then what would you call Chelsea swapping William Gallas + a few million pounds for Ashley Cole?
:D

lol brad he said you must compare :) we not here to spoon feed the hammy lover :)

can i ask does it matter who is the richest club?

Not at all, unless you kick up a stink about it in and argue with everyone in the first place ;)

* English champions Manchester United will spend a week in
South Africa as part of their preparations for next season.
United's touring squad will arrive in South Africa on July
19 but will not include players involved in the Euro 2008
finals, the club said on their Web site (www.manutd.com).
"We really enjoyed our visit in 2006," said manager Alex
Ferguson. "The atmosphere in all the stadiums and the enthusiasm
from the fans helped make for a great trip."

Well? What are they?

Well... don't ask me! you are the one with the figures are you not?

The 2006/2007 Premiership winning club, owned by US billionaire Malcolm Glazer, said annual revenue surged 27% to 210 million pounds from 165 million pounds.

This is the club's turnover for the year, I would like to know it salary bill if it indeed made a loss as indicated by you...

15m for someone who is going to play for a month and then sit on the bench. Nice.

Drogba could do with a partner. One striker up front isn't ideal.

Schevchenko just doesn't seem to have it anymore and he [-]seldom[/-] never plays with Drogba.

Also, there have been a few reports of late, whereby Drogba has stated his unhappiness @ Chelsea, so he may be on his way out. Pizzaro is hardly their first choice striker, so they are a little thin in the forward department. Anelka will be good signing I reckon.
