BAck to topic: I was really frantic we were on the verge of losing the game against Sri Lanka. Only a lucky edge from Peterson could save us on the end. How we got in that situation is beyond grasp, but it happens in one day'ers I presume. Maybe one day we will have a professional team and not a talented team only.

Id love to hear what JK8 has to say when SL dont make the semis hehe. But I gotta admit he's right about the Bangladeshis being a team full of lighties...nothing wrong with that, it was actually fun watching India fall to a team of teens.

Well i think SL is ok in terms of making the semis, SA and SL have 2 points and SL have a higher nett run rate, but they still have to face the Aussies where as SA dont... so it will be tight but I think they will they play hard not like India and the Pakis.
Bangladesh must make the semis!! (I hope they do!)

I enjoyed it for more than one reason. Good to see the development in the smaller teams progressing so well. There is some magnificent batters coming through.
I think they were giggling coz they didnt see where the damn ball was coming from and thinking to themselves how the hell did I hit that!

Pricing, Pricing and again pricing. They should open up the matches like India does. Its pathetic. This Guyana game was the worst I ever watched relating to spectator contribution and the 75+ meter borders did not help the atmosphere. Was quieter than the India fields tho, the other extreme.

did u see that one scene, when they showed a portion of the stadium...
and the spectators were all grouped together under the shade areas, and only two ppl were in the sun, getting a tan... was tooo funny! but it showed how empty the stadium was!
When the world cup was here, every game at newlands and paarl was jam packed! well, at least 90% full!
