2010 Australian F1 GP

I am not sure he could have easily over taken kubica he was stuck behind him for quite sometime. Hamilton could not get passed alonso who was not much faster than kubica.

Problem is not the rules, the problem is that you cannot over take, they need to sort that out because over taking is possible and can happen if they could just implement something.

Shame everything comes down to Schumi...
When the Victoria PM's name was mentioned (he presented the 1st place trophy) the crowd boo'd. The PM looked around and actually waved it off smiling.

Agree, he would have sat behind Kubica too IMO - he did that for most of his race - just like Massa. Same with Nando and Massa. No overtaking in the dry when the cars are set in their way. Creating dirty air is as much a strategy as getting your car to work in the wind tunnel. They were supposed to sort it out but our friend Brawn abused the loopholes to undo all the overtaking working group's hard work and agreements. That's how he won. He's no stranger to controversy - remember the fuel filter debarcle at Benetton where Jost Verstappen's car caught fire?

That was a great race, however, I fear its not going to be the norm going forwards. A wet race and a safety car ALWAYS spices things up a bit.

As the race result itself, it was the first time I have seen a team conspire NOT to have 1-2 finish. :wtf:

Dare I say, Ron Dennis would have brought both cars on the top two positions. And Red Bull has GOT to do something about their reliability, otherwise I drop them from my Fantasy Team. :D
 
You dare say... Like him or not, Ron Dennis is one of the best. Does anyone recall watching Luca D so interested in his Ferraris on race day?
