What are the chances of still getting tickets for Bafana in category 4?

Wanting to watch Bafana is like wanting to watch the PSL. Why watch the PSL when you can watch the EPL, La Liga, Serie A etc.

Um, for some people it is about supporting their country and the experience more than the result. You would not understand this.

Why support Man U, for instance, when you have no ties to the place? Now this I don't understand.

+ 10000.
Lance - you always seem to hit the nail on the head

South Africa are only 1 world cup trophy behind England with a lot less appearances! ;)

Yes and Bafana have about 3 times the amount of losses England have, with like you said, less appearances.

Well done on assuming things Lance. How do you know I'm not from England or Manchester?

Not clued up on this at all.

I'm about to book tickets for "Match 23 - England v Algeria - 18 June 20:30" and looking at Category 3:

Category 3 - R560
Category 4 - R140
Seats in Category 3 are generally located behind the goals or in the corners.
Seats in Category 4 are generally located behind the goals. (Only available to residents of South Africa)

How much better will Category 3 be than 4?

sorry Ignition bud, where do you find these prices?
i get some twats at works saying its gonna be $80 for the cheapest tickets bla bla bla... i just wanna set him straight :)

I don't think he meant you specifically, but there are tons of saffers that support international club teams.

And there is some kind of law that says you may not support a foreign club just because you happen to be born in SA??

Sorry I have no connection or feeling for the local psl clubs.

My club has always been about the inclusion of foreign fans and players, the historic reason why the club was formed.

lol don't shout at me, I was just clarifying. I have no connection to any club team at all - the only soccer that I watch is the internationals.

I read this really insightful article that said that ticket applications significantly increased after the final draw.

Such top quality journalism.

Not that I disagree with your sentiment, but I doubt that the reason clubs were formed was the inclusion of foreign players/fans. It would've been more a vicinity thing, especially as back in the day they didn't have transport like we do now.
